I’m looking for an automobile webinar software that allows me to run 2-4 times a week repeatedly. Yours let me moderate questions
live or is the email box that the only means for attendees. I can see how frustrated it could be if a person live doesn’t get
their questions answered. I need this to run demos on our applications?
Great question! You can receive our question box shown or utilize any of our third party live chat choices or…you can use our
live chat, but you’d need to run the event live but play with the video as automated. That type of webinar could be considered a
hybrid webinar, where you can play a video during a live webinar!
1 suggestion around automated webinars is put up an EXPECTATION . To avoid the frustration that someone can experience by not
getting a response from you, let them know you will be answering common questions in the end, and when their specific question is
not answered, that you or someone from your staff will be sending them a personalized crafted email either during the event or
after. By setting up this anticipation in the start of your webinar, your viewer has frustration in AND they feel compelled to ask
questions that of course allows you to gather objections that you can use later in your marketing going. (You can read an article

When I run a live webinar, is that recorded from the get-go, or do I press on a button when I wish to, to start?
Another zinger! So yes, when on broadcast click on, the live session records when using our YouTube integration but when utilizing
our LIVE ENGINE you do have to choose to record the event.
But the cool thing is that your will be saved in by that session using our LIVE ENGINE’Recordings’ tab of EasyWebinar as a video
that you can download or add to any other webinar as the evergreen webinar video. BAM!!!!

I tried EverWebinar and I found the installation awkward, do I have to do this with yours?
This is also a fantastic question. To conduct a webinar ENGINE you click’GO LIVE’ and you can immediately go and invite people
into a room without having to build out any pages of your webinar!

How do I make an automated webinar? Do I pick and use the same one, place it?
With EasyWebinar you DON’T have to go live to use it for an automated webinar. You can start an automated webinar from scratch,
and often times, I would suggest that because your live webinars will have a tendency to have direct response to people attending.
Not to mention probably more pauses and larger breaks in between the content.
The point being that there is a webinar that is excellent one which is edited, that feels fluid, that does not say it’s live when
it is not and handles problems and questions on a more automated level.

I travel a lot and worry about wifi, so I will see myself documenting a kickoff training to get a company and using the automated

Yes, I think you’re saying that you want to conduct an webinar not necessarily as an EVERGREEN occasion. An evergreen webinar is
one that runs continuously and different for different people tuning in from any part of the world, to be clear. However, another

Hi there. We have had people mention that our layout feels clean, easy and more compact. I tend to find GTW interface somewhat
clunky compared to ours, to tell the truth.

You can opt to let attendees view the attendee list or choose to NOT show it. It is up to you. Personally however when I’m running
a webinar, I use to where attendees messages can be seen by all attendees our built in chat.
Are the recorded videos downloadable if the company wants a copy to host on their own technology?

Hi does Easy Webinar and Deadline Funnels for countdown timers that are evergreen integrate?
You can use EasyWebinar with Deadline Funnels if you want but our system can act like Deadline funnels for your EasyWebinar replay
pages. We have replay pages which will expire on dates that are specific or based on evergreen webinars. For evergreen webinars,
when utilizing our countdown timers on the replay pages, the pages will expire based on if a person’s webinar was scheduled in

Can you do a webinar after it ends to questions where you can jump in? Can you answer questions which come in live? Can I insert a
media from Vimeo for a portion of the webinar?
Hey there! When using the facet that is only to EasyWebinar, you can run one time events or evergreen automated webinars as
webinars. Both can be performed as question box or chat. Or even use a different third party chat like Chatwing or Chatroll.
Yes, you can run what’s considered a hybrid . Where you start live and then play a video inside. And yes, the video can be a
YouTube, Vimeo or Amazon S3 media.
